- 24-hour cancellation policy prior to 4pm on day of arrival.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the rates are only valid for the original stay dates and room type booked. Any modifications made will be subject to rate differences available at the time of the change.
- The Ultimate WEM Getaway is available for stays from Sunday to Thursday.
- A valid credit card is required at time of booking.
- Either one $50 or $100 West Edmonton Mall gift card will be issued per room, per night stayed, depending on the package booked.
- Either 2 or 4 Galaxyland or World Waterpark attractions passes will be issued per room, per night stayed, based on the package booked.
- Either one $25 or two $25 ($50) food credit voucher will be issued per room, per night stayed, based on the package selected. Valid only towards lunch or dinner and for dine-in only at L1 Lounge/L2 Grill. Not applicable towards beverages. Food credit must be used during period of stay. Unutilized food credit will not be refundable.
- Early checkouts will be charged the full retail value for any WEM gift cards, attractions passes, and food credit vouchers provided at check in for nights not stayed in addition to standard hotel early departure fees.
