- 24-hour cancellation policy prior to 4pm on day of arrival.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the rates are only valid for the original stay dates and room type booked. Any modifications made will be subject to rate differences available at the time of the change.
- A valid credit card is required at time of booking.
- Booking and stay dates: now through October 31, 2024. Blackout dates may apply.
- Either one $50 or $100 West Edmonton Mall gift card will be issued per room, per night stayed, depending on the package selected.
- Either 2 or 4 Galaxyland or World Waterpark attractions passes will be issued per room, per night stayed, depending on the package selected.
- Either one $25 food credit or $75 food credit will be issued per room, per stay, depending on the package selected. Valid only towards lunch or dinner and for dine-in only at L1 Lounge/L2 Grill. Not applicable towards beverages. Food credit must be used during period of stay.
- Early checkouts will be charged the full retail value for any WEM cards and passes provided at check in for nights not stayed in addition to standard hotel early departure fees.
- Please note that L1 lounge is an adult-only venue, restricted to guests 18+.
